Program Description:
This registration is for College of Architecture field trip leaders.
If this is not your college, please click here to find your correct college registration. If your college is not listed there, please use the general International Field Trip Registration.
This group registration is the first step to letting Education Abroad know that you or your department will lead an international field trip abroad. Your College Liaison will now be engaged earlier in the process to better support and assist you and your international program.

Through this registration, you will have access to the:
  • International Field Trip Registration Form (PDF proposal)
  • Provost Portal Fee Approval link (online form)
Additionally, this is where you will receive and provide important resources and emergency information.

Important Deadlines
Education must receive the fully signed International Field Trip Registration Form* by the dates below. If you will be charging students a fee for this field trip, you must also submit for fee approval through the Provost Portal by these deadlines. 
  • Summer: February 1

  • Spring: October 1
