Program Description:

As this is a professional internship, you will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week. All internships are unpaid. 


IIT internship locations include:

- IIT Kanpur, India - The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur is one of the finest engineering institutes in the world. Kanpur is a mere five hours away from the capital New Delhi, and two hours from Taj Mahal. It is quite convenient to visit such tourist attractions as New Delhi, Bombay, Amritsar, Jaipur, Khajuraho, etc.

- IIT Gandhinagar, India - Gandhinagar is the capital of the state of Gujarat, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhinagar lies on the west bank of the Sabarmati River, and is well connected to Mumbai, the financial capital of India and Delhi, the political capital. Gujarat is a popular tourist destination and is famous for its white sand desert, tiger reserves, architectural wonders and building of historical importance related to Mahatma Gandhi.

- IIT Hyderabad, India - Hyderabad is the capital of the southern Indian state of Telangana. Hyderabad is a historical city offering a rich mix of cultures that developed over the time. Hyderabad was a princely state hence it has beautiful palaces, temples, mosques, diverse population etc. Hyderabad is also very popular for authentic Indian food. Other popular tourist attractions like Kerala, Anantagiri Hills, many forts are all within reach from Hyderabad.

- IIT Kharagpur, India - Kharagpur is an important industrial city in Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal, India. It is multi-cultural and cosmopolitan city. The first Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), a group of Institutes of National Importance, was founded in Kharagpur as early as in May 1950.
